Providence Park - Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Can we bring in our own caterer?
A: Providence Park has an exclusive contract with an in-house caterer/concession provider, Centerplate. We do not allow outside caterers or food to be brought in.

Q: Do we have to select from the menus in your packet?
A: The Special Events Menu is our standard menu that you can select from and will give you an idea of what we offer, as well as our price range. Our Executive Chef is also more than happy to customize a menu to meet your specific vision and needs.

Q: Can we bring in liquor?
A: Our in-house caterer, Centerplate holds the liquor license and liability; therefore, we need to provide all of the liquor. Our bar provides all liquor, which is billed to the client on consumption.

Q: Do you rent the space for weddings ceremonies only?
A: Yes, we rent the space for wedding ceremonies only, receptions only or ceremonies and receptions combined.

Q: Is there free parking available?
A: Unfortunately, there is no free parking available. Information about getting to the stadium and parking is available here.

Q: If I have my wedding ceremony there, do you provide a room for the bridal parties?
A: Yes, we have a bridal room, as well as a room for the groom.

Q: Do I have to make a deposit to reserve the space?
A: A deposit is required upon reservation of the event and will be applied toward the total final cost.  We process the final payment three business days after your event.

Q: Can I use whatever vendors that I wish?
A: Providence Park works with a variety of vendors; however you may choose whomever you wish.

Q: Are there hotels nearby?
A: Yes, there are many hotels nearby. The Nines hotel is the official hotel of the Portland Timbers.

Q: Is there a time limit for my event?
A: There is no time limit for events.
