Timber Joey is the team mascot and parades around the stadium with his chainsaw engaging fans, singing chants and participating in the match day experience. He continues to lead the famed Timbers tradition of cutting log slabs, a practice which dates back to the Timbers NASL days. Whenever the Timbers score, or if the goalie registers a clean sheet, Timber Joey cuts a slab of wood off of the victory log near the north end of the pitch. The Providence Park food service partner, Centerplate, INC, manages several fixed and portable concession stands at the stadium. These stands feature traditional stadium favorites such as hot dogs, peanuts, soda and popcorn. In addition to these items, Centerplate features pizza and a wide variety of specialty foods. Providence Park also features a varied selection of local microbrews, import and domestic beer and other beverages. Non-alcoholic beverages include a variety of soft drinks and other refreshing drinks.
The adidas Timbers Team Store is located on the inside of the KeyBank Plaza/Gate 2. The Timbers Store Annex is a secondary team store location located behind section 109. Several other merchandise kiosks are located throughout the concourse.
Providence Park accepts all major credit cards (Visa, Discover, MasterCard, American Express). No checks will be accepted.
Providence Park has three different ATMs available for use located inside of gates 1, 2 and 4.
The 5,200 square foot KeyBank Club features a sit-down restaurant that includes a full service bar, an exclusive concession area and two exclusive covered outdoor decks – the Lower Deck located adjacent to the club’s window and the Mezzanine Deck located atop the club. All club seat holders have access to the KeyBank Club lounge, the Lower Deck and the Mezzanine Deck and enjoy in-seat complimentary food.
The KeyBank Club is be THE place to be post-match. Following the game, KeyBank Club members have access to complimentary coffee and Voodoo Doughnuts. For more information on Portland Timbers KeyBank Club seats, visit timbers.com. For Thorns FC matches there will be no buffet service in the club or all-inclusive hocking during matches.
Overlooking the Northeast corner of the pitch, this party deck area offers a unique and exclusive location for your event. Situated between sections 101 and 99, your group will be able to soak in the passion and spirit of the Timbers Army, while also enjoying an exclusive area complete with savory catering options and a private bar.
Adjacent to the KeyBank Club, Providence Park offers a top of the line meeting space. The Community Center is designed to provide for a variety of community and corporate functions on both event and non-event days. Whether your next meeting requires a projector, backdrop screen, microphone or an audio system, the Community Center has it all.
Widmer Brothers Southern Front
Located on the south end of the stadium, the Widmer Brothers Southern Front features a bar, tabled seating and an accessible loading ramp. This area is particularly popular for outdoor special events such as picnics, parties, flea markets and other group outings. With a multi-purpose surface just above field level, the Southern Front deck allows for set-up of stages, a variety of seating arrangements, dunk tanks, tents, game booths and other party accessories.
ROOT Sports Lounge
A special area located on the southwest corner of the field, the ROOT Sports Lounge is an exclusive season ticket holder space. Sold in full season blocks, the area is right next to the field and close to the action.
There are a number of unique and engaging historical elements integrated into the construction of Providence Park. From the Jantzen Lady that hangs near the Sunset Porsche Audi Suites to the face scupltures on the plaza, there are a variety of interesting installations throughout the facility.
The Guest Service Center is located outside of section 104.
