Buying Tickets

Given the huge fan interest in Timbers matches, we recommend buying your tickets well in advance. Most games sellout early and quick and if you would like to attend, there are two main ways to purchase:

  1. At the Providence Park box office:
    (18th Street plaza only) Monday to Saturday, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  2. Online:

Single Game Tickets

Single-game tickets for each regular-season home match are available for purchase at the Providence Park box office (18th Ave/KeyBank plaza only), or online via New Era Tickets.

General Admission Tickets

General admission seats are only available in the Timbers Army section and includes sections 101-108 and 201-208. These sections have no assigned seating and are part of our supporters sections so standing, singing and chanting are very common. Seating locations are available on a first-come, first-served basis on match days. For Thorns FC matches, general admission seating is in sections 101-110.

Obstructed View Seats

Obstructed view seats are only available for purchase at the Providence Park box office and are cash only. Obstructed view seats are categorized as locations that are either within three rows of a major obstruction or if one of the goals is blocked.

Will Call

Primary will call is located in the main Providence Park box office on the 18th and Morrison St. KeyBank plaza. Will Call tickets are available for pick-up beginning two (2) hours prior to each Providence Park event. Suite will call is located on the 20th Ave. plaza next to Gate 4. Tickets are released only to the person whose name appears on the Ticketmaster account header card or will call envelope. No one will be given tickets designated for another person. Proper photo identification is required, preferably a driver's license, and purchasing credit card, if applicable.

Other Ticketing Information

Children

Children age two and under will be admitted free as long as the child is sitting on an adult's lap. If a parent requests a physical seat for the child, he/she must pay the appropriate price.

Customer Accommodations

Portland Timbers customer service specialists will be available to answer ticket related questions and/or concerns the day of the match at the Customer Accommodations Center. The Customer Accommodations Center is located at the main box office on the 18th & Morrison St. KeyBank plaza near Gate 2. The Center will be staffed beginning when gates open.

Disabled Seating

All wheelchair spaces and companion seating are assigned. These seats may be purchased in advance by phone through Ticketmaster at 800.745.3000 or in-person at the Providence Park box office. Relocations are also available for guests with limited availability. Guests may pre-arrange special wheelchair needs by calling Providence Park at 503.553.5523 to schedule an escort to/from their seating location. Providence Park meets all ADA requirements.

Unused Tickets

Season Ticket holders are encouraged to contact their Service Rep prior to any game to go over options available for tickets that may be going unused. More info here.

General Box Office Information

The Providence Park box office is currently open for single-game ticket sales. The Providence Park box office is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday to Saturday. More info here.

Lost Tickets

For Season Ticket Holders:
Follow the email forwarding instructions here and forward the tickets to yourself via email.

For Single-Game Ticket Customers:
Present your receipt at the Providence Park box office. No re-prints will be issued if the original receipt is not presented. Upon re-printing your tickets, the barcodes on your original tickets will be voided.

Re-Entry

For almost all events at Providence Park, including Portland Timbers games, re-entry is not allowed.

Types of Payment Accepted

The Providence Park box office accepts cash and credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Checks are not accepted.
